2. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The new version becomes effective immediately upon publication on the Website. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Any bets placed before the changes take effect will be governed by the previous version.

3. Your Responsibilities as a User

When using the Service you confirm and undertake that:

• You are at least 18 years old or of the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher) and can provide proof of age on request.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Online gambling is legal in your place of residence and you are not located in any prohibited jurisdiction.
• You are using payment methods that belong to you personally.
• You will not attempt chargebacks, reversals or any action to cancel legitimate payments.
• You accept full responsibility for any losses incurred through your betting activity.
• You will not use bots, scripts, automated software or any tools that interfere with the Service.
• You will act in good faith, will not cheat, collude or engage in fraudulent activity, and will not create multiple accounts.
• You are not an employee, officer or close relative of the Company or its partners (unless prior written consent is obtained).
• You will keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Restricted Territories and Prohibited Use

Access to the Service is strictly prohibited if you are resident in or currently located in:

• Union of Comoros
• United States of America and its territories
• Any jurisdiction on the FATF blacklist
• Any other country expressly prohibited by the Anjouan Gaming Authority

You may not use the Service for commercial purposes, money laundering, fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, or any illegal activity. Account sharing, selling or transferring accounts, or transferring funds between accounts is forbidden.

5. Account Registration and Verification

• We may refuse any registration application without giving reasons.
• You must provide truthful, complete and up-to-date personal information. False or misleading data may lead to immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and funds may be confiscated.
• We reserve the right to request identity and address verification documents (ID, proof of address, proof of payment method, source-of-funds documentation, selfie, video call, etc.) at any time, especially before processing withdrawals.
• Verification is performed either manually by our team or via our trusted third-party provider SumSub. Processing times vary from a few minutes (basic) to 48 hours or more (advanced cases).

6. Account Management

• Your account is for personal entertainment only. No credit is extended.
• We may suspend or close accounts at our discretion for breach of these Terms, suspicious activity or to protect the integrity of the Service.
• Dormant accounts (inactive for 12+ months) may incur maintenance fees.
• You may self-exclude or close your account at any time by contacting support from your registered email address.

7. Deposits

• Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name.
• We do not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may apply charges or currency conversion fees.
• Deposits from criminal or illegal sources are prohibited and may lead to account closure and reporting to authorities.
• Accepting a bonus means you agree to the specific bonus terms (wagering requirements, game restrictions, expiry, etc.).

8. Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal is €10 (or currency equivalent), except when closing an account.
• No commission is charged if the deposited amount has been wagered at least once; otherwise an 8 % fee (minimum €4) may apply.
• Withdrawals are normally processed within 1–24 hours after all required verification is complete.
• We may pay large winnings in instalments and/or require additional verification (source of funds, video call, etc.) for withdrawals over €5,000.
• Standard withdrawal limits: €10,000/day, €25,000/week, €50,000/month (higher for VIP/VVIP players). Cryptocurrency withdrawals have no daily/weekly/monthly limits (annual limit €500,000).
• Withdrawals are preferably returned to the original deposit method; cryptocurrency may be used as an alternative when necessary.
• In cases of proven fraud, bonus abuse, duplicate accounts, prohibited jurisdiction access or other serious breaches, we reserve the right to void winnings, confiscate balances and/or permanently close the account.

9. Errors, Malfunctions and Void Bets

We are not liable for obvious errors, system malfunctions or human mistakes. Bets affected by such errors may be voided and stakes refunded. We may correct mistaken credits and recover overpayments.

10. Responsible Gaming

Gambling is for entertainment only. Never wager money you cannot afford to lose. Self-exclusion and cooling-off options are available on request.

11. Liability and Force Majeure

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount of the relevant bet or €500 (whichever is lower). We are not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

12. Intellectual Property

All content, software, odds and trademarks on the Service belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

13. Complaints and Disputes

Contact our support team via the Website using your registered email. Complaints about bet settlements must be raised within 3 days of the event result. We aim to resolve issues fairly and quickly; unresolved disputes may be referred to the Anjouan Gaming Authority.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of Anjouan, Union of Comoros.

15. Final Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains in force. The English version prevails in case of conflict with any translation.
